• Consulting time is bankable if not used, to a maximum of 3 months, that is, up to 3 hours of consulting time may be accumulated. Unused time is lost at the end of three-month period.
• Highest priority for problem resolution and website changes.
• 20% discount on any extra work (does not apply to the initial purchase price of the website) required for the end-user’s website.
